Live your authentic, wholehearted life! Retreat to Hood Canal to connect deeply with yourself in a supportive, relaxing, and reinvigorating community setting. Hello. Thanks for visiting.
Have you noticed a heartache in you? Do you find yourself longing?

Some people long for companionship, connection, closeness.

Some wonder about what life could have been like if different choices were made.

Some have lost a part of themselves, a loved one, or something special and ache for the return of what was.

This ache in your body, this longing; these are parts of you that are tenaciously asking for your attention.
These parts need your presence, your curiosity, your compassion and in return, they show you your own inner wisdom.
They are guiding you on your way to living wholeheartedly.

This retreat will explore 3 types of longing.

A longing for
connection and closeness

There is a natural need to be seen, understood, valued, and delighted in, even when we are messy. If you have a longing for companionship----whether romantic or friendship, this exploration will help ground you in this reasonable need. Join to heal deeper attachment wounds, feel more self-attached, and more spacious and secure in seeking closeness with others.

A longing for
choices not made

Often the culprit of the mid-life re-evaluation----or more colloquially known as a good ol' fashioned mid-life crisis. This is a beautiful time to take a moment and reflect back on what the younger version of you wanted from life and increase clarity and motivation for what the current version of you wants from your life now. This is an opportunity to make room for the parts of you that didn't get something that is still meaningful to them. Perhaps you didn't have children, but a part of you still wants to be a parent. Perhaps your career did not earn the accolades you were hoping for, and you continue to want recognition. Leave with better understanding about why these things are meaningful to you, grieve changes as needed, and make plans to get the best of your life yet to come.

A longing for
what was

In our precious life, there have been experiences and people that have touched us deeply, imprinted on us something so fulfilling, that in their absence we feel less than whole. Maybe we think we've lost a piece of ourselves. Perhaps you had a business that came to an end? Or a long relationship that ended before you were ready? Maybe an accident or illness has changed your life and you miss a different version of yourself? This exploration is an opportunity to turn towards this longing and heartache, validate, to grieve, and to reintegrate these parts into who you are today.

Don't see what you are having longing and heartache about here?
Let me know! As we continue to do this work, we add to this list. Your longing and heartache exploration is welcome at the retreat.

We will turn inward and
be courageously honest with ourselves.

We will be curious and let inner wisdom unfold.

We will be on our own journeys
and hold space to see, hear, and care for each other.

Let’s resonate together.

To witness our own wholeness—
that is self-care,
self-love,
self-compassion,
self-validation
in action.

It is deep and expansive experience.
You are deep and expansive.

By getting to know your parts, you are witnessing your unique wholeness.

Let’s create a warm and brave environment together—
for ourselves and for each other.
